From the rousing founding story of Caroline Nichols (3Bears) to the neuroscientific depth of Prof. Dr. Volker Busch to the moving insights of Josia and Wiebke Topf - every contribution was an impulse that has a lasting effect.
I was particularly impressed by the open discussions on topics such as innovation, leadership, resilience and AI, in which not only knowledge was shared, but also real connections were made.
